Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Effective Date: January 01, 2025

At Finish Line Cleaning, we take pride in delivering quality post-construction and property cleaning services. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer full refunds once a service has been completed. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and handling all concerns with care.

Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your service appointment, especially for large jobs.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not satisfied with the results:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will return to address any missed or unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.

  • If a re-clean is declined, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Work was completed as scheduled and access was granted

  • Client failed to notify us of dissatisfaction within 24 hours

  • Cleaning was impacted by pre-existing damage, unsafe conditions, or items not disclosed during the quote

  • Service was canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (may incur a cancellation fee)

Cancellations and Reschedules

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund of any prepaid balance (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total quoted service.
