1. Services Offered

Finish Line Cleaning provides post-construction and residential/commercial cleaning services. Service availability is subject to scheduling and job site review. All services are tailored to client needs and agreed upon in advance.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the client.

  • Final pricing may change after an in-person or virtual walkthrough.

  • Add-on services or changes in job scope may result in additional charges.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payments

  • A deposit may be required for large jobs.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

  • Non-payment may result in collection action and denial of future service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If we arrive at a job site and are unable to access the property, a trip charge may apply.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The job site must be safe and accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Please remove personal items, fragile objects, or valuables before service.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to unstable structures, unsecured surfaces, or pre-existing conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured and take care when cleaning, but accidents can happen.

  • Finish Line Cleaning is not liable for damages due to faulty construction, poor surface installation, or existing issues.

  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items not secured prior to cleaning.

8. Website Use

  • The content on our website is for informational purposes only.

  • You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content without permission.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links or services found through our site.

9. Changes to Terms
